点评：一场看似没戏的面试，Lynette用自己超强的执行力和一心多用的能力给老板留下了深刻印象，在我看来，真正让老板决定录用Lynette这个员工的原因是Lynette做足了要应聘公司的功课，她看过了公司以往的作品和现在的网站，一针见血的指出了公司的不足，分析出下一步发展计划，这使得老板感受到这个员工是真心实意的要来工作，而不是找工作混日子。
